HOW TO GET HELP

When you enroll, you’re not on your own. Every course includes:

  • Access to the private Facebook group

  • Two focused direct review submissions per course*

  • Twice-monthly QBO Learning Labs

  • Ongoing course updates when QBO changes

These are self-paced courses, and you’re meant to work through them hands-on. We’re here to help you think things through, clear up confusion, and keep progressing, not leave you staring at the screen wondering what to do next.

*Direct reviews are answered within 48 business hours.

Most questions fall into one of four categories.

Choose the right path in the Support Form so we can get you the right answer without unnecessary back and forth.

If you’re stuck or have a question, here’s the fastest way to get help.

1) General Questions

Examples:

  • “What does this account mean?”

  • “Why doesn’t my report match?”

  • “What’s the difference between these two options?”

Best place:

  • Post in the Facebook group

  • Or submit it for the next QBO Learning Lab

Answered in FB or the next QBO Learning Lab

2) Review of Your Personal File or Project

Examples:

  • “Here’s my screenshot, what did I do wrong?”

  • “My reconciliation is off by $82.17.”

  • “Can you check this journal entry?”

Use the Support Form to request assistance.

Each course includes two direct review submissions.

Direct reviews are answered within 48 business hours.

3) Questions for the Next QBO Learning Lab

If you’d like your question addressed during one of our live QBO Lab Sessions, submit a Support Form request and select “Lab Question.”

Before each Lab, we prioritize submitted questions and walk through the most common issues step by step.

If we don’t get to yours live, we’ll:

  • Answer it in the recap post

  • Link you to an existing resource

  • Or roll it into a future session

4) Possible Course Errors or QBO Change

If you believe:

  • Instructions no longer match QBO

  • A report is pulling differently than shown

  • Something in the lesson appears outdated

Submit it through the Support Form and select “Course Error.”

Course error submissions are reviewed quickly to keep the material accurate.

Using Email

To keep support organized and fair for everyone, course troubleshooting is handled through the Support Form or the Lab sessions.

Emails asking for troubleshooting help will be redirected to those options.
