FAQs

  • Your access to the certification exam must be used within one year of purchase. This also applies to the included Retake, if you need to use it.

  • As long has you have not registered for the training materials (from GMETRIX) or the actual exam (from Certiport), you have 30 days from purchase to receive a refund (less 5% for payment processing.)

  • Your purchase includes ONE retake of the exam. The video course will explain how this process works.
